What began as a small team of healthcare professionals and community interpreters has grown into a multi-disciplinary organisation serving individuals, families, NHS providers, and community groups. We have witnessed first-hand the consequences of poor communication in healthcare — missed diagnoses, inadequate care, and patients left feeling voiceless and invisible.
